Abstract: Abstract: To solve inclined thick seam of coal caving mining sulfide overrun technical problems effectively, a comprehensive analysis of the emission from hydrogen sulfide, and reasonable and effective control, reduced hydrogen sulfide on the human body. This paper focuses on coal shearer cutting speed, strength and caving coal miner cutting the top / bottom and pull the slide step coal concentration on the hydrogen sulfide emission studies, experiments show that the amount of hydrogen sulfide emission with coal cutting speed increase the intensity of coal and increased discharge. By spraying the absorbing liquid and advance the comprehensive management of pre-injection and other means to resolve the absorption liquid Upper Corner, return airway hydrogen sulfide overrun problems, the results show that when the shearer cutting coal shearer at the 77ppm hydrogen sulfide drop to 12ppm, reducing the efficiency of 84.4%; hydrogen sulfide from the front chute above 470ppm down to 62.6ppm, reducing the efficiency of 86.7%; return airway of hydrogen sulfide by the 110ppm down to 15ppm, reducing the efficiency of 86.4%, through an integrated and coordinated management, vulcanization hydrogen disaster prevention achieved breakthrough results.
